A fine antique 9ct Gold cased Carnelian fob pendant from the Victorian era, circa 1850, with a beautiful stately horse.
This antique fob pendant is quality piece crafted with a fine eye for detail. The horse is stood on a plinth of smooth, deep orange Carnelian (or Cornelian) and if you look closely you'll see a gorgeous mane, tail, the details of the hooves, the nose... even eyes.
Today the fob can be worn as a charm or a pendant, on a necklace or on your favourite chunky Gold bracelet. You could also attach it to an old Albert chain or muff chain and drape it around the neck.

The length of the pendant from the base to the top of the horse measures 18mm.
