EXCELLENT: This antique Ruby and Diamond "gypsy" ring is in perfect condition throughout! The 18ct Gold is bright and well-polished with only minor scuffs to the very back of the band- as you might expect from a genuine piece of antique jewellery. The Diamond and Rubies are well-set and have beautiful colour and sparkle. The band over-sized hallmarks are still visible and confidently place this ring in the early 1900's, although it's slightly uncertain whether the date letter is an "r" or an "n", so we can say for sure whether the ring was made in 1912 or 1916. Overall this ring is in exceptional condition for a piece well over 100 years old! A testament to the craftsmanship of the Edwardians and to the loving care of its previous owners.
