EXCELLENT-VERY GOOD. This 18ct Gold Ruby Diamond cluster engagement ring is in beautiful antique condition. All of her gemstones are natural, earth-mined Diamonds and Rubies, which have clearly been well looked after! They are all original and securely set. Her solid 18ct Gold band is still robust and hasn't worn thin like so many other antique rings. The Rubies are well-matched in terms of colour, and do show some inclusions on close inspection with a jewellers magnifier. But this simply indicates that they are natural and not synthetic gemstones! There is no evidence of a previous re-size, and the ring appears to be all-original as a ring. All-in-all a beautiful antique Edwardian ring ready to wear and enjoy!
