A intricate brooch inspired by & made from Nature.
This brooch would have been made circa 1900 and has a flowing woven or "Lovers Knot" design with interwoven tendrils that were so popular during that time.
At its centre lies its focus; a pearly shimmering curve; although often referred to as a "Blister Pearl" this is in fact a beautiful piece of Mother of Pearl made from a single shell. Just look at the beautiful shimmering colours!
ERA: Art Nouveau (1890-1910)
