Top Garnet cabochon measures 9.5mm in diameter, weighing approx. 3.90ct each.
Pear-shaped 14.5mm long x 10.5mm wide (at widest point), weighing approx. 6.58ct each.
Total Garnet weight approx. 21.00ct.
Weight: 5.7g. combined.
MATERIALS: 9ct Gold, Natural Garnets (21.00ct).
Tested as 9ct Gold throughout, solid 9ct French hooks.

Condition:
VERY GOOD: A beautiful pair of Victorian 9ct Gold Garnet cabochon pear-shaped drop earrings, that will stay securely in the ear all day long. The gems are beautifully matched and have a rich crimson hue with plenty of fiery glow. The bezels hold the Garnets securely in place and the smooth backs are perfectly polished. The gems do have a minute amount of surface wear to some of the stones- the tops are perfect but the bottom pear-shapes have some light abrasions and nicks commensurate with age. One of the drops has a curved scuff on the surface that becomes evident when looking very closely in strong light. The Gold is bright and buttery and free from any dings or dents. All in all, a stunning authentic pair of Victorian Garnet earrings, what's not to love?!
