This 18ct Gold Georgian intaglio swivel fob pendant is such a rare and dignified jewel. Inlaid with both a banded Agate and a Sardonyx, this antique fob will be an eye-catching addition to your jewellery box.
This Georgian fob oozes with both grace and elegance, yet it also has a clear sentimental message. A Latin inscription "In Te Domine Speravi", attributed to the 16th-century Italian musician Josquin Perez, is beautifully engraved into the Agate's surface, crowning a kneeling figure framed by leaves. The Latin intaglio translates to "In God We Trust", a message that we are sure will resonate with many.

VERY GOOD: This 18ct Gold Georgian Intaglio swivel fob pendant is in superb condition throughout. This piece is truly steeped in history, making it a wonderful collector's item. Both the gems are secure within their settings, with no scratches, chips or abrasions to their surface, and the intaglio is nice and deep. There is some tiny wear to note on the Gold bale, but considering that this is the only sign of wear from an almost 200-year-old item, this is very impressive. The swivel motion is also working well, so you can certainly enjoy this pendant for many more years.
