One of the prettiest antique Diamond rings we've ever had the pleasure of looking after! This Edwardian Diamond trilogy ring was crafted in 1901, just as the Victorian era was coming to a close and King Edward VII began his reign in England.
It's made from highly polished 18ct Yellow Gold with a beautifully decorative scrolled gallery and detailed shoulders.
On first glance it may look like a traditional Diamond trilogy ring, but it's anything but! Look closely and you'll see four tiny cognac Diamonds (attractive brown coloured Diamonds) inter-spaced between the three main white Diamonds. Not only is this highly unusual, but you can only imagine the pure skill that went into setting these Diamonds with such precision.
The overall effect is that this Diamond "trilogy" is extra-ordinarily sparkly!
The three graduated old European cut Diamonds are of exceptional quality; approximately F-H colour and VS-SI clarity.
This gorgeous ring is steeped in history, and would make a beautiful engagement ring, eternity or promise ring. Need we say more?! This Edwardian beauty is really versatile! Despite being subtly graduated it stacks extremely well so could even be worn as a dress ring and piled high among your other favourites!

The centre Diamond measures 4mm in diameter, and the ones on each side measure 3mm.
The Diamonds stand 4mm tall from the finger.

An unusual and extremely beautiful Edwardian Diamond trilogy ring in exemplary antique condition. The Gold has an attractive highly polished lustre and the Diamonds are all original and securely set. The open gallery is also in good order, with exceptional detail to b seen through the setting from all angles. The Diamonds are completely free from damage, and have no chips, cracks or nibbles, and to top it all they're a fantastic bright white colour with excellent fire and radiance. A really special piece of fine antique Edwardian jewellery.
