18ct Gold Art Deco "Toi Et Moi" Diamond Engagement Ring (0.25ct) c.1920

This item is unavailable
SKU: 1919

This classic Art Deco Diamond ring is as beautiful today as it was nearly a century ago, during the roaring 1920's. It's set in 18ct Yellow Gold, with two rare old European cut Diamonds totalling 0.25cts in a twist style setting.

The Diamonds are both natural, earth-mined Diamonds and each measure 3 to 3.5mm in diameter. The fine Art Deco band is 1.5mm wide and tapers gently towards the front for a sleek look that's comfortable to wear and doesn't catch in your hair or clothing.

The gorgeous twin Diamonds have their own distinct cut and character. They don't sparkle like new round brilliant cuts you'd find in a modern ring today, but rather a subtle twinkle that was designed to bring an intense fire and radiance by candlelight, so they look fabulous in all lighting conditions.

We love the sleek asymmetric curves of the band and the dainty millegraine Platinum setting that holds those sparkling the Diamonds elegantly in place.

As Diamonds are the hardest gemstone known to man so this pretty ring is perfect for daily wear. Would make a unique and beautiful engagement ring for a lucky blushing bride.

EXCELLENT:  This beautiful Art Deco Toi et Moi Diamond ring is in excellent condition for its age! It gleams with a fierce fire and bright white colour. There are no chips, cracks or abrasions and no inclusions visible to the naked eye... In fact, the facets are so clear you can see right through to the culet or bottom facet! We estimate the Diamonds to be of H-I colour and VS clarity and they're set securely, so the ring can be worn daily with comfort. The 18ct Yellow Gold band is still bright and highly polished, with no damage or dings, and no thinning. All in all, a stunning Art Deco engagement ring that will bring you love and luck for decades to come!
