This is an incredible 16" antique Silver chunky Albert chain, complete with a fob and t-bar. Weighing an impressive 98 grams, she has a bright hue and boasts a beautiful sheen. Measuring a wearable 16", she will rest prettily upon your collarbones!
If you want to make a statement, look no further than this punky piece, she is full of attitude! The fob is a unique addition, making her a true one-off, complete with a blank cartouche for you to add your own personal engraving to. Featuring not one, but two original, antique dog clips, this antique Silver curb chain really is a wonderful find!

ERA: Early 20th Century. Chain is c.1915-16, fob is c.1920-21.
MEASUREMENTS: Chain is 16" or 40.5cm long.
Links graduate from 7.5mm to 11mm wide.
Fob is 38.5mm long x 24mm wide, the drop measuring 46.5mm long.
T-bar drop is 36.5mm long.
Weight: 98.1g.
MATERIALS: Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold over metal (faded).
STAMPS & HALLMARKS: 'B&S' maker's mark, lion passant, date letter 'q' for 1915-16 on the t-bar. Birmingham assay and date letter on the central link. Lion passant on every link. 'B&S', lion passant and date letter on each dog clip. 'TJS' maker's mark, lion passant, Chester assay, date letter 'u' for 1920-21 on the back of the fob.

Condition:
VERY GOOD-EXCELLENT. This 16" antique Silver chunky Albert chain is in fabulous condition. The chain itself is excellent, with each link retaining its form well, clearly hallmarked and free from damage to note. The fob is in very good condition, with all her ornate detailing intact and engravings crisp. Her 9ct Gold layer has faded somewhat, but this is only noticeable upon close inspection. All in all, this is a timeless chain that will set your collection apart from the rest.
