ERA: Victorian, c.1895. 

MEASUREMENTS: Locket 20mm long x 19.5mm wide x 8mm deep. 
Length of locket including bale and jump ring 27mm long.  
Weight: 3.9g. 

MATERIALS:  Sterling Silver. 

HALLMARKS: Maker's Mark "S.BROS", Lion Passant, Chester Assay, Date letter "M" for the year 1895. 

Condition:

EXCELLENT: This rare antique Silver shield locket is in stellar condition throughout. The locket feels hardy to hold and touch, and the locket mechanism itself can be easily opened and secured. Plus all of the engravings and embossed details are intact throughout, promising many more years of enjoyment.
