Antique Portuguese and Spanish jewellery fully celebrated the mixture of coloured gemstones, and this outstandingly vibrant ring is no exception! Poised upon a sculpted 14ct Gold shank, her three eye-catching gems provide wonderful coverage.
We feel incredibly lucky to find an 18th-century Iberian ring in such fine condition! A unique trilogy ring of great age, this Georgian treasure will be like no other in your jewellery box.

Condition:
VERY GOOD: This Georgian Iberian 14ct Gold Emerald Amethyst cabochon trilogy ring is in very good condition, especially when considering her age (260 years old!) Each gemstone is saturated in colour and securely set in a bezel, so you can wear her with confidence. Note that one Emerald cabochon is chipped with some minor wear throughout, however, this can only be seen under close inspection, and her intense colour draws away all attention. Each gemstone has a closed-back setting, a stylistic hallmark of the Georgian era, also ensuring comfortable wear. There is wear to her decorative engravings, especially to the back of her shank, commensurate with age. Her shank is not perfectly round, however, she still sits flush on the hand and wears comfortably. It has been 'built up' by adding additional Gold inside the band, for strength - allowing this treasure to last for many more years to come! All in all, this Iberian trilogy ring will excite any antique jewellery lover!
